Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty in Quezon City is seeking a highly organized B2B Sales Support Specialist to back our client’s sales, customer service, and operations teams. You will handle customer enquiries, quotations, and CRM upkeep while coordinating with international customers.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely follow-ups, and efficient order processing, with office-based work hours aligned to UK time. Strong English communication and multi-tasking are required.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or back-office operations.
• Experience supporting a B2B business is highly desirable.
• Background in manufacturing, wholesale, packaging, distribution, or product-based business is an advantage.
• Experience preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and coordinating follow-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Customer and Sales Support: assist in preparing, formatting, and issuing quotations; ensure accuracy of customer details, product info, pricing, quantities, and terms; record quotations in CRM and track status; follow up on quotations; prepare sales documents and proposals; support incoming leads and enquiries.
• Order Processing and Coordination: receive and process orders; review details; update CRM/ERP; prepare order confirmations; monitor progress and coordinate with production and delivery teams; inform customers of status.
• CRM Management and Data Entry: maintain up-to-date CRM records; enter customer details, activities, quotations, orders, and follow-ups; generate basic reports; ensure data quality.
• Administrative and Back-Office Support: general admin, data entry, document prep, digital filing; monitor shared inboxes; prepare spreadsheets and reports; maintain SOPs and internal docs.
• Internal Coordination and Process Improvement: collaborate with teams to ensure smooth information flow; escalate issues; improve workflows; adapt to evolving business needs.
