Job summary

NeatMetric is seeking a high-performance B2B Sales Closer in the Philippines to drive revenue through outbound calling and rapid deal closures. You will leverage our auto-dialer, pre-qualified leads, and proven sales scripts to close deals efficiently.

The role offers base compensation plus uncapped commissions, with opportunities to advance into a high-ticket upsell division based on performance. A data-driven, elite sales culture supports your success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B cold calling and phone-based closing.
• Ability to close deals on the first call with strong objection handling.
• Experience with CRM systems, notably Go High Level.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume B2B cold calls (100+ outbound per day).
• Close deals on the first call using closing techniques.
• Manage and track sales activity in Go High Level CRM.
• Meet and exceed daily targets; top performers close 3+ deals daily.

What you'll do

• Execute high-volume B2B cold calls, making 100+ outbound calls daily to business owners.
• Close deals on the first call, using your mastery of closing techniques and objection handling.
• Manage and track all sales activity efficiently within our Go High Level CRM.
• Meet and exceed daily targets, with top performers closing three or more deals per day.
