Job summary

Cartrack is expanding its Cebu sales team and seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative to focus on new business acquisition in Metro Manila. This field sales role rewards hunters who excel at prospecting, cold outreach, relationship building, and closing deals.

Responsibilities include identifying new clients, managing a CRM-driven pipeline, delivering compelling Telematics presentations, and achieving monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' proven B2B sales experience, hunter/new business development.
• Strong cold calling, lead generation, prospecting and face-to-face engagement.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel daily within Metro Manila and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients through daily cold calling, field visits, networking and social selling.
• Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM system.
• Deliver compelling presentations showcasing Cartrack's telematics solutions to prospects.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms and close new business deals.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth.
