Concentrix in Bridgetowne, QC is seeking an B2B Outbound Sales Specialist to identify and qualify leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth by expanding our client base.

The role involves generating high volume leads, making outbound calls, providing product information, and building account plans while representing the company at events and maintaining relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with outbound sales in a BPO/offshore environment.
• Prior experience with lead generation, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive relationships.
• Must be amenable to working fully onsite in Bridgetowne, QC.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify high volume leads for sales opportunities; achieve targets and activity metrics within assigned territory.
• Initiate outbound telephone calls as follow up to marketing campaigns and inbound leads to understand audience interest and further the sales discussion.
• Answer questions from and provide knowledgeable product and services information to call recipients.
• Gather and record customer information, build account plans for prospecting by researching and analyzing the prospective company.
• Follow up on initial sales contacts via telephone, email, or other correspondence.
• Represent the company at networking and marketing events.
• Maintain records of contacts and accounts, and maintain good working relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
