Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–10 years of B2B sales or business unit leadership experience in food manufacturing, ingredients, or industrial supply sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of food and non‑food raw materials, especially processed meat applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement business plans, sales strategies, and growth targets for two business units.
• Lead a team across sales, product, and support, coordinating with procurement, logistics, finance, and QA.
• Monitor profitability, manage key accounts and principal relationships, and drive revenue growth and efficiency.
