Job summary

Compound Growth Marketing (CGM) is hiring a remote SEO Manager to own SEO and AI-search-visibility strategy for 6–12 B2B accounts. You will lead analysts, strategize with project managers, and drive content plans for visibility across AI surfaces.

The role requires 4+ years of direct SEO, agency experience, and strong technical SEO. Strong leadership and client communication are essential, with a fully remote, outcome-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct SEO experience.
• 2+ years agency experience.
• Demonstrated national B2B SEO experience.
• Hands-on technical SEO: crawlability, site architecture, schema.
• Proven content strategy across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO and AEO strategy for portfolio; translate data into a prioritized plan.
• Maintain 3–6 months forward view with planners and PMs.
• Lead content strategy and guide analysts to execute.
• Own output of analyst team; ensure quality and accountability.
• Coach analysts and participate in hiring and performance reviews.
• Monitor performance; communicate results to clients as SME.
