Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, management, public administration, or related field.
• Experience in project management, coordination, business development, B2B operations, or stakeholder management.
• Experience with government agencies or public sector partnerships is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B projects focused on public sector partnerships, business development, and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery of milestones.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and progress monitoring.
• Develop project updates, status reports, and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, operational challenges, and potential bottlenecks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives that drive business growth, partner engagement, and market expansion.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through on agreed deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with established processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Growth Marketing, and B2B, to achieve project objectives.
