Job summary

Asticom is seeking a B2B Growth Marketing MSME – Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns across on-ground, social, and PR channels. You will work with internal teams and external vendors to meet milestones and deliverables on time.

You will track timelines, manage multiple projects, and provide weekly status updates, ensuring approvals and documentation are completed within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination or related role.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events or cross-functional projects is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of the Easy Era 2.0 Campaign across on-ground, social media, and PR channels.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and overall campaign readiness.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Organize and facilitate project syncs, follow-ups, and coordination meetings.
• Provide weekly project status updates with progress, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate vendor invoices, billing documents, payment requests, and other project-related administrative requirements.
• Monitor project requirements and ensure approvals are completed within agreed timelines.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, coordination gaps, and potential project risks, and recommend appropriate process improvements.
• Manage multiple project activities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Follow up with stakeholders on pending tasks, approvals, deliverables, and other project dependencies.
