Job summary

Pontoon Solutions is seeking a highly motivated B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, engagement, and demand through digital marketing and ABM programs. You will lead end-to-end campaigns across global markets, partnering with sales, product, and marketing to align messaging with our go-to-market strategy.

Focus areas include demand generation, product launches, and event support across web and social channels, with emphasis on LinkedIn and digital performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering B2B digital marketing and ABM campaigns.
• Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital demand generation, buyer journeys, and marketing funnels.
• Experience managing and optimising websites, including SEO, UX, landing pages, and conversion strategies.
• Strong social media marketing experience across organic and paid channels.
• Ability to create LinkedIn assets and GIF/micro-animation.
• Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Figma/Canva) is a real bonus.
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance data and insights to optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing marketing budgets including ABM spend and vendor relationships.
• Confident communicator capable of working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive ABM and demand generation campaigns to deliver measurable outcomes like MQLs and pipeline.
• Plan and optimise global and regional ABM campaigns across paid and organic channels (LinkedIn, Outreach).
• Support audience segmentation, target account selection, persona development, and messaging strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and engage in optimization to maximize ROI.
• Support launches and promotions of new services and products across digital channels.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to translate value props into campaigns.
• Create social campaigns for 15+ annual events.
• Communicate Pontoon's AI-enabled workforce solutions through targeted digital programs.
• Ensure marketing activity aligns with global go-to-market strategy.
• Manage the corporate website to support lead generation and engagement.
• Work with content/design teams for copy, landing pages, and site improvements.
