Kwontified seeks a seasoned marketer to own our social media, email, blog, and press. You will craft strategy, calendars, copy, assets, and analytics, ensuring alignment with executive voice and client needs.

This role oversees LinkedIn, Substack, and the monthly newsletter, and collaborates with Creative and web teams. You will use AI tools proficiently and maintain high editorial standards for a B2B audience in beauty/e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Experience owning brand channels for B2B or agency.
• Executive writing that others will publish under their name.
• Genuine interest in e-commerce and social commerce in beauty/skincare.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and editorial calendar for social, email, blog, and press.
• Run the Kwontified LinkedIn presence and develop the executive voice program.
• Launch and grow the Substack publication for long-form thought leadership.
• Own the monthly client newsletter and email automations with clean segmentation.
• Brief the Creative Team and produce assets (carousels, graphics, clips) using Canva/Adobe.
• Schedule, publish, and analyze across channels; report weekly and monthly.
