Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in brand, content or social media marketing, ideally in B2B, recruitment, HR tech or a professional services brand.
• A strong track record growing LinkedIn, with examples you can show.
• Excellent writing in English and a good sense of when a post is generic and when it is sharp.
• Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, even at small budgets.
• Practical AI fluency: you have built real workflows with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make or similar, and can explain the time or cost saved.
• Comfort being measured on results, and comfort working without much supervision.

Aufgaben

• Build and run a content system for Fynder: pillars, a weekly calendar, and a repeatable process from idea to published post.
• Grow our LinkedIn company page and support our founder's personal LinkedIn presence, ghostwriting and editing posts in his voice.
• Create market insight content for Retail, Creator Economy and Tech hiring: salary trends, hiring signals, candidate advice, and placement stories.
• Run Instagram, TikTok and X as candidate-facing channels, repurposing core content into short video, carousels and threads.
• Plan and run small paid tests (LinkedIn, Meta) with a clear budget, target and cost per result, and know when to scale or stop.
• Maintain brand consistency using our existing assets and guidelines, working with freelance design or video support when needed.
• Report monthly on reach, engagement, follower growth, inbound enquiries and what to do next.
• Use AI tools to automate research, drafting, repurposing, scheduling and reporting, and document each workflow so others can reuse it.
