Job summary

Quess (Philippines) Corp is hiring a Collection Analyst for a hybrid setup in Metro Manila. The role focuses on B2B collections, client relationship management, and cash recovery.

You will handle calls and emails to discuss balances, analyze accounts, and maintain records in Oracle Advanced Collections. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B collections, strong English communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2B collections/credit control experience.
• Experience working with English-speaking clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Able to analyze financial data and resolve disputes effectively.
• Willing to work on a Mid-Shift or Night Shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients through phone calls and emails to discuss outstanding balances and debt-related concerns.
• Analyze account situations and determine the appropriate collection strategy based on established processes, case history, and sound judgment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client communications within the Oracle Advanced Collections system.
• Investigate and resolve unallocated cash and payment discrepancies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and solutions while addressing client concerns, disputes, and complaints professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support long-term business partnerships.
• Achieve individual collection targets and key performance metrics based on both quality and productivity standards.
• Effectively manage and prioritize a dynamic workload to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
• Escalate collection issues impacting cash recovery to management and relevant business partners in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency.
• Adhere to billing processes, procedures, and internal control standards.
• Work closely with the Management Team and fellow Collection Analysts regarding collection activities and performance updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Global Finance Services teams to ensure alignment and compliance with shared responsibilities.
• Contribute positively to team objectives and maintain an effective working relationship with colleagues.
