Job summary

Candidate must have at least 1 year of recent B2B Collections experience in a BPO, including OTC and AR, with no employment gaps and at least 12 months with prior employers. ExL affiliation is not allowed.

Qualifications

• 2nd year college or higher required.
• At least 1 year of recent B2B Collections experience in a BPO.
• Recent 1+ year OTC (Order to Cash) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) experience in a BPO.
• No employment gaps, no AWOL history.
• Minimum 12 months tenure with previous employers.
• Must not be a former or current EXL employee.
