• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Experience using a CRM to manage leads and log call activity.
• Comfort working with a cloud-based phone system.
• Resilient and self-motivated, able to handle rejection and stay consistent.
• Methodical, trustworthy, and effective without day-to-day direction.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to local businesses from our prospect database.
• Introduce our services to business owners and key decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects by asking the right questions and identifying the decision-maker.
• Follow up quickly on hot leads that arrive through our CRM.
• Book in-person meetings for our owner with interested businesses.
• Handle objections professionally and keep each conversation moving toward a booked appointment.
• Schedule callbacks with prospects who are not ready to commit yet.
• Log call outcomes, notes, and next steps accurately in the CRM.
• Track daily call activity and appointments booked.
