Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines using Microsoft Azure technologies in Makati City. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and ensure compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures, data models, and enterprise databases to support operations and analytics.
• Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and transformation workflows using modern cloud technologies with emphasis on Azure.
• Develop and support Azure-based data solutions, including Azure Functions and Azure Cosmos DB, focusing on performance and reliability.
• Execute testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement to ensure stability, security, and performance of data platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions while ensuring data governance and security; must be willing to work full onsite in Makati City.
