The role requires substantial IT industry experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. You will collaborate with global teams on strategic initiatives and contribute to continuous growth of EPAM's AWS division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years IT industry experience.
• At least 3 years in leadership or coordination roles.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ people.
• Involvement in 5+ complete project cycles or product launches.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills.
• Experience in business and partnership operations.
• Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AWS sales and operations data and manage internal CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure data accuracy across reports.
• Identify improvements to operational processes to boost AWS ROI.
• Assist in financial analyses and senior leadership presentations.
• Lead project teams to manage AWS opportunities and deliverables.
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for projects.
