Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking an Associate Vice President of RPO Delivery in Makati to lead delivery across client programs. Qualifications

• 8+ years in RPO, recruiting ops, or talent acquisition delivery.
• Experience leading multiple client programs and managing large recruiting teams.
• Experience managing program budgets, delivery costs, and profitability.
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and funnel performance.
• Executive communication, business reviews, escalation management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Must be available to work on-site in Makati during assigned U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across a portfolio of client programs, ensuring outcomes meet contractual commitments, SLAs, and hiring objectives.
• Oversee recruiting operations across contracted scope (sourcing, screening, candidate management, interview coordination, and offer support) and translate forecasts into delivery plans.
• Improve recruiting productivity, turnaround times, quality, and funnel performance via SOPs, data analysis, and ATS/recruiting automation tools.
• Lead, coach, and develop program leaders and recruiting teams; align staffing with financial targets and demand.
• Build trusted client relationships, lead executive reviews, manage escalations, and govern programs.
