Job summary

A. K Group is seeking a senior professional to originate and manage high-value relationships with mid and large corporate clients across bond placement, NBFC lending and private credit (AIF).

You will structure credit facilities, evaluate project viability and manage end-to-end deal lifecycle from sourcing to divestment, coordinating with legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in mid-corporate/large corporate banking, DCM, or structured finance.
• Originating and managing high-value relationships with mid and large corporate clients.
• Experience in structuring credit facilities and credit solutions.

Responsibilities

• Origination & Business Development: identify funding requirements for bond issuance or private credit.
• Credit Structuring & Product Placement: structure credit facilities including term loans and high-yield opportunities.
• Relationship & Portfolio Management: manage a high-growth portfolio and coordinate with legal/compliance for documentation.
