Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of capital markets and disclosures.

• Ability to identify, mitigate risk and support regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory changes related to shareholding disclosures and assess impact.
• Communicate changes to the team and oversee implementation.
• Review system rules to ensure disclosure obligations are covered.
• Oversee quality checks by Control team on monitoring activities.
• Lead implementation of regulatory changes including documentation and training.
• Provide inputs to management to identify and contain operations risk.
• Ensure compliance with disclosure regulations across jurisdictions.
• Develop knowledge of capital markets and instruments and apply to monitoring.
