Job summary

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President - Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for Life Insurance processes within a dynamic BPO/shared services environment.

You will drive service excellence, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth across New Business, Underwriting Support, Policy Administration, Billing, Claims and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BPO, shared services, or insurance operations
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role managing Life Insurance, Annuities, P&C, or broader Insurance Operations
• Strong domain expertise in Life and/or P&C insurance operations (New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Billing, Claims, Customer Service)
• Experience leading large-scale insurance operations with accountability for service delivery and financial performance

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Life Insurance processes in a BPO/shared services setting
• Drive service excellence, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth across multiple life insurance functions
