Job summary

Citco is seeking an experienced Fund NAV Supervisor to oversee complex NAV calculations for hedge funds and manage a team of fund accountants. The role involves close collaboration with VP, internal SSC teams, and external clients to ensure accurate reporting and timely deliverables.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in financial services with hedge funds, strong analytical skills, supervisory experience, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/business or related field; professional qualification in progress.
• Minimum 6+ years in financial services with high-volume operations or hedge funds.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience leading staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Solid business acumen and client relationship skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV calculations across hedge funds and sign-off of NAV statements and related reports.
• Manage a team of supervisors and fund accountants in coordination with VP and other departments.
• Review/authorize payments and transactions; ensure SLA compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate year-end processes including audits, regulatory filings, and financial statements.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and drive process improvements while controlling costs.
