Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Manila seeks an Assistant Vice President to lead Compliance Change Management – Center of Excellence. You will provide governance, reporting, and BAU oversight across the Target Operating Model, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled workflows.

The role requires coordinating global stakeholders, establishing standardized frameworks, tracking portfolio milestones, and delivering decision-ready insights to support timely delivery and risk management.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the global regulatory environment and its business implications.
• Problem solving, business analysis, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Structured, organized, and results-oriented approach with attention to detail.
• Significant project-management experience delivering change within Compliance or a second-line function.
• Ability to apply control frameworks to processes and identify gaps and risks.
• Strong stakeholder-management across diverse groups.
• Very strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex structures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve standardized frameworks, methodologies, tools, and best practices for BAU change management, portfolio reporting, and management information.
• Provide centralized planning and oversight for Target Operating Model, automation, and AI-enabled workflow initiatives, supporting resource allocation, timelines, and deliverable quality.
• Deliver analytical insights and decision support across AFC, Compliance, CT&A, and Group Governance; identify trends, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and manage robust, standardized reporting mechanisms with accurate, timely portfolio updates on progress, risks, outcomes, and benefits.
• Establish and track portfolio milestones, providing transparent reporting and escalation to support timely delivery of initiatives.
• Maintain proactive portfolio-level risk, issue, dependency, and control management with coordination of mitigations.
• Uphold governance standards, documentation requirements, and quality controls for BAU and change activities.
• Coordinate global stakeholders to produce clear, decision-ready portfolio artifacts and embed sustainable practices.
