Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Manila seeks an AVP to lead Compliance Change Management within the Center of Excellence. You will oversee BAU change initiatives, portfolio reporting, governance, and continuous improvement across global programs.

• Significant project-management experience in Compliance or second-line functions.
• Ability to apply control frameworks to processes and identify risks.

• Excellent presentation skills to explain complex structures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve standardized frameworks for BAU change management and portfolio reporting.
• Provide centralized planning for TO-M and AI-enabled workflow initiatives, ensuring resource alignment and timely deliverables.
• Deliver analytical insights and decision support across AFC, Compliance, CT&A, and Group Governance.
• Implement and manage robust, standardized reporting on portfolio progress, risks, outcomes and benefits.
• Maintain proactive portfolio-level risk, issue, dependency, and control management.
• Uphold governance standards, documentation, and quality controls for BAU and change activities.
• Coordinate global stakeholders to produce clear, decision-ready portfolio artifacts.
