Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the global regulatory environment and its business implications.
• Experience in problem solving, business analysis, and delivering to tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Structured, organized, and results-oriented, with diligence and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Significant project-management experience delivering change within Compliance or another second-line function.
• Ability to apply control frameworks to processes and identify control gaps and risks.
• Strong stakeholder-management across diverse groups.
• Very strong communication and presentation skills, including explaining complex structures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve standardized BAU change-management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and best practices for portfolio reporting and management information.
• Provide centralized planning and oversight for Target Operating Model, automation, and AI-enabled workflow initiatives, supporting resource allocation and timely deliverables.
• Deliver analytical insights and decision support across AFC, Compliance, CT&A, and Group Governance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement robust, standardized reporting mechanisms for portfolio progress, risks, outcomes and benefits.
• Establish and track portfolio milestones with transparent reporting and escalation for timely delivery.
• Maintain proactive portfolio-level risk, issue, dependency, and control management with mitigation escalation.
• Uphold governance standards, documentation requirements, and quality controls for BAU and change activities.
• Coordinate global stakeholders and experts to produce clear artifacts and embed sustainable operational practices.
