Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Concurrent Servicing Supervisor / Vent Monitor to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role oversees concurrent aircraft servicing operations and ventilation during fueling, ensuring strict safety compliance in a remote high‑risk environment.

Requirements include 3+ years in aircraft servicing or safety monitoring, a high school diploma, and ability to travel internationally. Strong communication and ability to obtain visas/clearances are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in aircraft servicing, aviation operations, fuel operations or safety monitoring.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of concurrent servicing procedures, aviation safety standards, and fuel handling operations.
• Ability to monitor operations continuously and respond quickly to hazardous conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to enforce safety requirements.
• Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Passport must be valid for at least one year beyond hire date.
• Ability to obtain country-specific visas per the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.
• Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain deployment requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English to perform contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor concurrent aircraft servicing operations per Navy, DoD, and safety standards.
• Monitor ventilation during fueling, verify safety equipment and grounding procedures.
• Coordinate with fuel handlers, aircrew, maintenance, and leadership; document activities.
• Enforce safety standards; provide on‑the‑job guidance to personnel.
• Perform other duties consistent with position.
