Job summary
Avia Solutions Group (ASG) Global Services Philippines seeks a CAMO Engineer (MPRG) to ensure continued airworthiness by developing and evaluating MELs and maintenance programs for FL Technics. You will collaborate with OEMs, authorities, and internal teams to optimize maintenance strategies and regulatory compliance.
The role emphasizes reliability analysis, data-driven decision making, and accurate documentation, with a hybrid work setup in the Philippines.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in civil aviation maintenance or continuing airworthiness management.
- Knowledge of aviation safety standards, regulatory compliance, and safe operating practices.
- Understanding of reliability programs, data analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and revise customer MELs and Maintenance Programs.
- Assess and optimize Maintenance Program effectiveness using reliability data and analysis.
- Monitor reliability programs and prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for stakeholders.
- Facilitate and support Reliability Review Board meetings and follow‑up actions.
- Liaise with OEMs, TC/STC holders, aviation authorities, and customers on airworthiness matters.
- Support AD evaluations, aircraft delivery/re‑delivery projects, and act as deputy to the Senior Engineer when needed.
