Wego.com seeks a Marketing Automation & AI Engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents that optimize digital campaigns and automate marketing operations. Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance/digital marketing analytics and marketing automation with hands-on experience in AI engineering.
• Deep understanding of paid/performance marketing KPIs, how media platforms work and their APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
• Proven experience building end-to-end campaign automation systems including ML-driven optimization and automated actions via ad platform APIs.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Creation & Optimization Automation: Architect end-to-end automated workflows for campaign creation, audience segmentation, creative assembly, launch, and continuous optimization using AI/ML signals to drive dynamic bidding, budget pacing, and A/B testing across channels.
• AI-Driven Content Orchestration: Engineer multi-agent systems to generate and iterate on personalized ad content at scale.
• Agile Data Activation & Automation Infrastructure: Build and maintain flexible data flows optimized for real-time marketing activation.
• Performance Marketing Collaboration: Translate KPIs and changing objectives into technical configurations; ensure data integrity, API reliability, and agent deployments across channels.
• Agentic Workflow Development: Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using LLMs for automated marketing workflows.
