Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical training curricula and calendars.
• Conduct needs analyses for technicians and dealer personnel.
• Design and implement training programs including certification.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training.
• Coordinate with BYD Philippines and HQ on training standards.
• Maintain training materials, tools, and examinations.
• Organize the BYD Service Technician Skills Contest.
• Monitor trainee performance and training effectiveness.
• Prepare training reports and records.
