Job summary

Autokid Mobility Solutions in the Philippines seeks a Service Supervisor to oversee daily service department operations, coordinate parts inventory, and manage administrative tasks to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will supervise coordinators, technicians, drivers, and warehouse staff.

The role requires a degree in automotive tech or mechanical engineering and 1–5 years in automotive service operations, with strong leadership and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in automotive service operations.
• Experience as a Service Supervisor or similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance, parts inventory management, and workshop operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise personnel, manage daily operations, and resolve service-related issues.
• Proficient in preparing operational reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Willing to work on-site and follow the company's operational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service coordinators, administrative staff, parts personnel, drivers, and warehouse staff.
• Oversee scheduling of vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, customers, suppliers, and other departments.
• Monitor service workflow, job assignments, and turnaround time to meet targets.
• Manage parts inventory, stock monitoring, replenishment, and handling.
• Monitor parts orders, deliveries, and usage to prevent shortages and delays.
• Implement SOPs for service ops, inventory management, and documentation.
• Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and service-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory reports.
• Prepare reports on service performance, inventory levels, costs, and productivity.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain quality.
