Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or college undergraduate considered
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telemarketing, sales or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in automotive sales or dealership operations is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote vehicles, automotive products, and mobility solutions
• Generate and qualify leads through telemarketing and inquiries
• Identify customer needs and budget to recommend suitable products
• Provide pricing, financing options, promotions, and unit availability
• Schedule showroom visits, demonstrations, and appointments for qualified prospects
• Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and leads to drive conversions
• Maintain accurate customer data, call records, and lead status in CRM
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and other departments to fulfill leads
• Build lasting relationships through professional, proactive communication
• Meet daily call, lead, and appointment targets
