Job summary

UAAGI, Exclusive Radar distributor in the Philippines, is hiring a Field Sales Supervisor to lead dealer sales operations and drive targets. You will oversee a team of field sales representatives, implement strategies, and build strong dealer networks.

Based in Quezon City, this on-site role requires a college graduate with at least 3 years in automotive, solid presentation and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with marketing and aftersales to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the automotive industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor dealer performance and support targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned dealer sales operation.
• Implement sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong dealer network relationships.
