Job summary

VRI Crew in Isabela, Philippines is seeking a hands-on GPS Installer to fit tracking devices in various vehicles and ensure proper configuration and testing.

You will work in the field across Isabela province, document installations, and continuously improve service quality through thorough diagnostics and customer support.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or short course in automotive/electrical technology.
• 6–12 months of relevant GPS/auto installer experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and motorcycle ownership required.

Responsibilities

• Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles.
• Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems.
• Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs, etc.).
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive or Electrical Technology or related courses


• Minimum of 6 months to 1-year relevant work experience in a similar role as GPS Installer, Car Accessories Installer or Automotive/ ElectricalTechnician in a car/ truck dealership or in an automotive service center.


• Proficient in: Automotive systems, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Technical Analysis, and Client Service Skilled in developing effective and efficient work procedures.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and owns a motorcycle


• Willing and able to conduct fieldwork across Isabela province and nearby areas
