Job summary

TELUS Digital in Pasig City seeks an Automation Technical Architect to design secure, scalable automation solutions using RPA and Agentic AI. You translate business processes into detailed technical architecture for engineering teams to implement with minimal redesign.

You will lead architecture workshops, assess systems and tools, and guide integration of APIs, data flows, and security controls to ensure compliant, build-ready deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, intelligent automation, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing enterprise RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM technologies into automation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, system integration, cloud infrastructure, data flows, and enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, OCR, NLP, human-in-the-loop workflows, and AI guardrails.
• Experience designing secure solutions involving data privacy, access controls, encryption, logging, and compliance.
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and technical presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering during implementation and ensure the final solution follows the approved architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor engineering teams on architecture best practices.
