Job summary

iQor seeks an senior architect to own the end-to-end technical architecture of the Agentic AI Solution, setting patterns for the development pod and ensuring milestone delivery. You will shape orchestration, data models, integration surfaces and deployment topology, acting as the senior technical authority for the AI Dev Factory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with 3+ years in an architect role.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise automation or platform-engineering product.
• Strong Azure cloud architecture and containerized workloads on OpenShift/Kubernetes (ARO preferred).
• Solid data modeling and API design; PostgreSQL or equivalent relational database.
• Experience designing ITSM integrations (ServiceNow preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of LLM-based patterns: prompt design, retrieval, summarization, cost/token mgmt.
• Understanding disaster recovery concepts: RTO, RPO, RTA, RPA, tiering, failover.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks: Semantic Kernel, LangGraph/LangChain, Autogen or equivalent.
• Deep prompt engineering: system prompts, few-shot patterns, structured output, chain-of-thought control.
• Experience in regulated/financial services with security/compliance gates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present decisions to senior tech leadership.
• Exposure to Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform

Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture for orchestration engine, DRP data model and deployment topology.
• Design dependency-aware sequencing and event-driven automation (EDA).
• Architect parallel recovery to meet RTO/RPO targets across components.
• Define integration architecture across ServiceNow APIs, Azure ASR, storage replication, DNS/AD failover.
• Establish deployment topology on Azure Red Hat OpenShift with managed PostgreSQL; right-size resources.
• Define LLM usage patterns and token boundaries per governance standards.
• Lead security architecture review readiness and inputs.
• Set engineering standards and perform design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with DR Team, Automation Engineering and Project Manager on sprints and risks.
• Provide mentorship to Forward Deployed Engineers and internal staff ramping on agentic AI.

Role Summary

Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the Agentic AI Solution - the orchestration engine, data model, integration surface and deployment topology - and act as the senior technical authority for the AI Dev Factory development pod. This role sets the patterns the FDEs build against and is accountable for meeting the milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the platform architecture for the business requirement including the orchestration engine, DRP task data model, execution flow and state management.
• Design dependency-aware sequencing and contingency handling using AAP workflows and event-driven automation (EDA).
• Architect parallel recovery execution to meet defined RTO/RPO targets across component and application groupings.
• Define integration architecture across ServiceNow APIs, Azure (ASR), storage replication, DNS/AD failover and monitoring tooling.
• Establish the target deployment topology on Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) with managed PostgreSQL, and right-size compute and storage.
• Define LLM usage patterns and token consumption boundaries for summary generation, in line with Voya AI governance standards.
• Lead security architecture review readiness and assessment inputs.
• Set engineering standards - coding, playbook, branching, CI/CD, testing and documentation - and perform design and code reviews.
• Partner with the DR Team, Automation Engineering and the Project Manager on sprint planning, milestone tracking and risk escalation.
• Provide technical mentorship to the Forward Deployed Engineers and to Voya internal staff ramping on agentic AI development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 10+ years, with 3+ years in an architect capacity
• Proven architecture ownership of an enterprise automation, orchestration or platform-engineering product.
• Strong cloud architecture on Azure; practical experience with containerized workloads on OpenShift/Kubernetes (ARO preferred).
• Solid data modelling and API design; PostgreSQL or equivalent relational database
• design at scale.
• Experience designing integrations with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of LLM-based application patterns - prompt design, retrieval, summarization, cost/token management.
• Understanding of disaster recovery concepts: RTO, RPO, RTA, RPA, tiering, failover and checkout validation.
• Hands-on with an agent framework: Semantic Kernel, LangGraph/LangChain, Autogen, or equivalent.
• Deep prompt engineering skill: system prompt design, few-shot patterns, structured output, chain-of-thought control, instruction hierarchies.
• Experience operating in regulated or financial services environments with formal security and compliance gates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present design decisions to senior technology leadership.
• Exposure to Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform expertise - roles, playbooks, collections, execution environments, workflows, EDA is a plus.

Preferred

• Exposure to Azure Site Recovery (ASR), NetApp SnapMirror or comparable replication technologies.
• Experience with observability tooling and dashboard/reporting design.
• Prior delivery of AI agent solutions in an enterprise setting.
