Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for visualization.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience or awareness preferred.
• Exposure to Python/SQL and applying data analysis to automation.
• Good communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process analysis and documentation to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Data-driven insights and dashboarding to track KPIs and performance.
• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows (RPA, AI-powered).
• Contribute to AI/ML initiatives and integrate models into automation.
• Support process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Develop SOPs and best practices; standardize processes across units.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and drive adoption.
• Assist in digitalization initiatives and tool implementation.
• Support change management with stakeholder training.
• Provide technical support using programming skills (Python, SQL).
