Job summary

EviSmart Manila team is building a robust automation and stability program for a global dental autopilot platform used by labs and dentists in 28 countries. You will own the automated quality gates, regression library, and integrations that ensure releases pass before production.

This role demands hands-on experience, a bias for proactive risk management, and collaboration across AI, product, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automated test infrastructure in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Proven track record reducing production incidents with automated gating.
• Hands-on experience with SAST/DAST integration in CI/CD.
• Ability to translate coverage gaps into actionable tests.

Responsibilities

• Global Regression Library — build, maintain, and expand the automated test suite that every sprint output must pass.
• API & Integration Testing — develop and maintain automated tests for critical API endpoints and external integrations.
• Performance Gatekeeping — design and run automated load and performance tests per release.
• Security Gates — implement and monitor SAST/DAST security scanning embedded in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Rollback Readiness — verify the technical integrity of every rollback plan for every new build.
• Risk Signal — you are the first to know when a quality gate is at risk or a regression gap opens.
