Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and production machinery to ensure reliability and efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant OJT or capstone project related to PLCs.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, motor controls, automation, and control engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, bearing maintenance, and condition monitoring.
• Willing to work onsite and capable of lifting at least 20kg.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
• Troubleshoots PLC programs, motor controls, sensors, and automation equipment.
• Conducts equipment inspections, condition monitoring, and failure analysis.
• Supports PLC programming, control logic improvements, and automation projects.
• Implements continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and maintenance practices.
