Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume tasks.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and basic accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end accounting duties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Encode financial and operational data with speed and accuracy.
• Record and process client invoices, supplier invoices, and other billing documents.
• Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring proper documentation and timely reporting.
• Assist in verifying transaction completeness and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for all financial and inventory records.
• Coordinate with other departments to secure missing documents and ensure smooth operations.
• Support other finance or administrative tasks as assigned.
