Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of accounting/finance support experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Record and validate accounting transactions such as invoices, billings, collections, and payments.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Prepare and update accounting schedules, trackers, and monitoring sheets.
• Support bank, supplier, and client reconciliations.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
• Assist in preparation of Statements of Account (SOA), vouchers, and summaries.
• Ensure transactions are properly documented and filed.
• Monitor deadlines for submissions, payments, and collections.
• Identify and report discrepancies or missing documents to supervisors.
• Assist in correcting errors in accounting records.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
