Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Automation Engineer to perform preventive maintenance on robotics and automation systems, including conveyors and AS/RS equipment. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and control panels across multiple warehouse sites in Meycauayan.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree, certification preferences, and 2–4 years of automation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Eng, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years in automation engineering, equipment maintenance, conveyors, and materials handling.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, VFD, robotics, motor control; reading drawings and manuals.
• PRC license or National Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on robots and automation equipment (conveyors, packing machines, AS/RS, robotic system).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, printers, scanners, and control panels.
