Job summary

New Era Software Solutions and Technology Philippines Corp. is seeking an Enterprise Applications & Automation Specialist to support and enhance core business applications while driving AI-powered automation initiatives.

The role combines enterprise application administration with hands-on automation development to improve efficiency, data quality, and processes. Remote work from the Philippines with flexible hours focusing on ET time zone.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, PSA, or financial systems.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) and AI tools (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI).
Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
Experience with ConnectWise, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

Administer and support core enterprise applications and automation platforms.
Manage configuration, user access, support, and documentation for applications.
Design workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes.
Develop AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Security, Data, and Architecture teams on automation initiatives.
Support user training, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.
