Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking an Automation Engineer to partner with business and development teams to design, build, and deliver automated solutions across the organization, with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath.

You will lead automation projects, define needs, design solutions, and deliver results while ensuring security and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using UiPath RPA automation development tools.
• Experience working with customer support/client issue resolution management.
• Strong understanding of data handling with SQL.
• Solid understanding of workflow design principles.
• Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects and develop automation solutions using UiPath.
• Automate business requirements using RPA and manage RPA bots.
• Design automation solutions and maintain project deliverables for SLAs.
• Collaborate with business managers and process owners to analyze requirements.
• Translate business processes into automated workflows.
• Coordinate with IT to refine task management tools for bots.
• Identify new use cases for RPA with end-users.
• Define quality control policies to ensure accurate RPA execution.
• Lead tech demos of automation technology for sales/client updates.
• Build framework for RPA development team structure and policy documents.
• Communicate project status and high-priority changes to stakeholders.
• Perform security reviews with IT Security and Operations.
