Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software development experience with focus on automation and web development.
• Strong programming skills in Python with Django framework experience.
• Advanced SQL knowledge including design, complex queries, optimization and data integration.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with source control systems (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of security principles in web and data applications, including auth and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions across automation and web platforms.
• Build end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and integrate Python/Django backends with front-end components and databases.
• Develop and consume APIs for system integration and interoperability.
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases and ETL processes for reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and produce progress reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor production issues and continuously improve systems and processes.
• Stay current with automation, cloud tech, and security best practices.
