Technology Elite - Build YOUR Elite Team is seeking an Automation Engineer to design and develop automation projects on Microsoft 365 and Azure, including REST API integrations. The role emphasizes ownership of testing environments, cross‑team collaboration, and driving quality improvements across customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Detailed design, scoping and development of projects on Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
• Platform integration projects involving REST API scripting.
• Ownership of all testing and development processes and environments.
• Work closely with all business departments to ensure quality and fit for purpose solutions.
• Assist with reproduction, troubleshooting and resolution of bugs and issues.
• Create new automated tests and tasks and convert existing manual tests and tasks where applicable.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, demos, collaborative development, and code-reviews.
• Contribute to cross-team knowledge-sharing and documentation.

Work Shift: Monday-Friday/ Morning Shift

The Automation Engineer role is aimed not only at internal requirements, but also at providing automation projects and efficiency improvements for customers which will be scoped individually as required.

About the Job

• Detailed design, scoping and development of projects on the Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
• Platform integration projects involving REST API integration scripting.

Your Qualification

• 3+ years’ relevant experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with continuous integration (Agile methodologies).
