Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing solutions for enterprise applications. You will build robust automation frameworks and integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable automated tests, using Playwright, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python, and to advance overall software quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Automation Engineer or QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong experience with Playwright for web automation testing.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript and Python.
• Hands-on Node.js development and scripting.
• Experience with Git and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience Jira and Zephyr integration.
• Experience with real estate management platforms and Salesforce workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Build scalable test automation solutions following the POM design pattern.
• Develop automation scripts using TS, JS, and Python.
• Create Node.js-based automation utilities and scripts.
• Integrate automated tests into GitHub Actions and CI/CD.
• Manage Git branches, PRs, and code reviews.
• Integrate test execution with Jira and Zephyr.
• Troubleshoot test failures with development teams.
• Continuously improve frameworks and QA processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into tests.
• Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
