Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design and maintain automated test solutions using Playwright and TypeScript, leveraging AI assistants like Cursor to accelerate development.

You will build UI, API, and data-layer tests and ensure regression coverage in an Agile environment. Responsibilities include implementing scalable automation frameworks, integrating tests into Azure DevOps pipelines, analyzing failures, and collaborating with product owners and engineers

Qualifications

Hands-on automation engineer in an Agile environment.
Design, build, maintain automated tests for UI, API and data layers.
Familiar with Playwright, TypeScript, and AI coding assistants.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript.
Leverage Cursor AI to accelerate test development and debugging while ensuring quality.
Build automated UI, API, and end-to-end tests for key user journeys and integrations.
Validate behavior through test cases, API checks, and data-driven testing techniques.
Integrate tests into Azure DevOps pipelines and support release-readiness decisions.
