Job summary

Shopee in Manila seeks an experienced Analytics & Automations Engineer to drive scalable analytics and automation. Build SQL- and Python-based solutions to power reporting, automate repetitive tasks, and design dashboards that provide a single source of truth for operations and growth.

You will partner with Operations, Commercial, BI, and others to translate business problems into technical requirements, enhance data quality, and deliver high-impact analytics as Shopee scales across SEA and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science/IT/analytics/economics or related field
2–3 years of professional work experience
Proven track record of automations, scripts, or internal dashboards
Experience working in ambiguous or fast-changing environments

Responsibilities

Build and maintain SQL- and Python-based solutions for reporting and automation.
Develop dashboards and trackers for single source of truth visibility across operations and business teams.
Audit data quality and reporting clarity across the funnel (sourcing, onboarding, activation).
Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, BI and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve blockers and improve funnel performance
