Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking an Analytics and Automations Engineer to move from manual processes to scalable analytics and automation. You will build visibility across operations, develop reliable reporting, and design workflows to speed up decision making while maintaining accuracy.

In this role you will develop SQL- and Python-based solutions, create dashboards, ensure data quality, and partner with Operations, BI, and Commercial teams to drive improvements from root causes to long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 2–3 years of professional work experience.
• Proven automation, scripting, or internal dashboards experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SQL- and Python-based solutions for reporting and automation.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows.
• Design scalable dashboards for visibility across operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers.
• Ensure data quality and actionable metrics across funnel.
