Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an assertive Solution Designer (Automation & AI) to translate business requirements into automation-ready designs, bridging business and IT during MediCard's 2026-2028 Transformation roadmap.

The role focuses on RPA, AI-enabled workflows, IDP, and system integrations, delivering scalable, compliant designs that reduce risk and accelerate value realization across MediCard’s initiatives.

Qualifications

• Translate approved business requirements into automation-ready designs.
• Knowledge of AI components, IDP, and scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, and Security teams to ensure compliance.
• Familiarity with automation standards and reusable components.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into end-to-end automation designs (RPA, AI, IDP, integrations).
• Define workflow logic, data touchpoints, exception handling, and AI components.
• Create build-ready artifacts: blueprints, flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Support developers and QA by clarifying design intent and resolving issues.
• Participate in design reviews for compliance, risk, and audit alignment.
