Job summary

Will Decena and Associates Inc. is seeking an Autodiesel Mechanic to maintain and repair a fleet of diesel vehicles. Based in Metro Manila, this full-time role involves working with a skilled team to keep client vehicles running reliably and safely.

You will inspect engines, perform scheduled maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and record all work. The ideal candidate has formal diesel mechanic training and at least 3 years of experience, with a valid driver's license and strong safety

Responsibilities

About the role

As an Autodiesel Mechanic at Will Decena and Associates Inc.', you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a fleet of diesel-powered vehicles. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila, where you will work alongside a team of skilled technicians to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our client's vehicles.

What you'll be doing

1. Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other related components

2. Perform scheduled maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tune-ups, and brake service

3. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems, including wiring, sensors, and control modules

4. Document all work performed and maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance history

5. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

6. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to safety protocols

What we're looking for

1. Formal training or apprenticeship in automotive diesel mechanics, with at least 3 years of relevant experience

2. Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, including fuel, cooling, and electrical components
